Mr Lawrence Leow
Chairman
Mr Lawrence Leow is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Crescendas Group, and Chairman of the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Committee. He is the Past President of the Association of SME (ASME), and serves as Vice Chairman of the SBF ASEAN Business Group.
A former Nominated Member of Parliament, Mr Leow was named the Rotary-ASME’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2000 and EY Entrepreneur of the Year (Diversified Industries) in 2016.
Patrick Foong
Managing Director
Er. Patrick Foong holds a first-class honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from London King’s College and later obtained his Masters from the National University of Singapore. He has, over his 30 years’ career, implemented chiller plant replacements as energy performance contracts and lift/escalator modernisation programs in the form of funded design & build solutions to a number of commercial and industrial buildings, mainly strata-titled.
Patrick is a PE (Mechanical) and Specialist PE (Lifts/Escalators). He is also a SCDF Registered Inspector for Fire Safety (M&E) and his green qualifications include, Qualified Energy Services Specialist (QuESS), Registered Energy Auditor, Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) and Green Mark Professional (GMP). He received the prestigious accolade of Green Engineer of the Year 2014 awarded jointly by BCA-SGBC and currently serves as a BCA Green Ambassador.
Patrick conducts professional courses relating to energy and facilities management at the Building Construction Authority (BCA) Academy and at the Real Estate & Construction


Er. Lim Chin Huat, PE(S’pore)
Alternate Director to Patrick
Er. Lim holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering (Second Class Hons. Division A) from the Queensland University of Technology, Australia and is a practicing electrical engineer (LEW Grade 9). He has more than 30 years of professional engineering experience in the design, project management and testing & commissioning of electrical distribution systems for commercial & institutional buildings, wafer & incineration plants and infrastructural projects such as MRT/LRT lines. He has also led the testing & commissioning of high-tension switchgears and transformers in the Qatar, Middle East and in Nigeria. He area of interests include short circuit, motor acceleration and relay co-ordination studies and is able to provide specialist consultancy in these areas.
Aye Minn
Senior Associate (Mechanical) / Energy Auditor
Aye Minn is a qualified mechanical engineer with a double masters degree from the National University of Singapore. He has designed and implemented numerous and innovative energy savings projects designed to save energy for building owners. Virtually, his entire professional career has been dedicated to energy efficiency, energy savings, renewable energy and R&D projects.
He has more than 25 years of professional engineering experience and his extensive background features many of very successful energy audits that have identified cost savings projects for major clients including government, industrial, residential and commercial buildings. He is a BCA Registered Energy Auditor, Certified Energy Manager (CEM®), Certified Demand-Side Management Professional (CDSMTM), and is a corporate member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), Association of Energy Engineers (AEE, USA) and Australian Water Association (AWA, Australia).


Daniel Kwok
Senior Associate (Electrical) / LEW
Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Building Science from the National University of Singapore and is a Licensed Electrical Worker registered with the Energy Market Authority and is a certified Fire Safety Manager.
Prior to joining SGE, he was the Director of Engineering at the St. Regis Hotel, a member of the Starwood Hotels & Resort Group.
Daniel is an outright specialist in the area of green facilities management and has substantial experience in the design, operation and maintenance of building M&E systems locally and in the region.
Tham Kin Wai
Project Manager (Mechanical)
Kin Wai is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM®) holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering and has over 25 years’ experience in the areas of projects & facilities management, with specialization in the area of air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation.
He has supervised the implementation of a number of energy performance contracts for commercial and industrial buildings and has helped our customers obtain Green Mark Certification as well as cash incentives from the various schemes administered by our building authorities.


Shekar Retti
Project Engineer
Mr Satti Sekhar has more than 15 years experience in M&E construction covering air-conditioning, fire protection, sanitary plumbing and electrical distribution systems.
He holds a joint BSc degree in Mathematics, Physical Sciences & Biotechnology and is a certified safety supervisor.
Angie Tam
Admin Manager
Angie oversees the day to day administration of the company, including overseeing the company’s secretarial matters and staffs’ payroll.
Besides helping the Company in human resources planning & training, she also assists the directors in the preparation of marketing proposals to our clients.
She holds a Diploma in Quality Engineering and n honors degree in Business with IT from the University of Wales, UK.


Priyalatha
Technical Support Specialist
Ms Priya monitors the building performance of current projects and ensures that the system adheres to the standards set by the company.
Priya holds an Integrated Facility Design and Management Diploma from Temasek Polytechnic and graduated with second upper class honours in Management and International Business from Royal Holloway University of London
